 |  Justice Solutions has great software. But there are a handful of vendors out there that have great software, as well. According to the people I have talked to that don't have JS, they are simply unmatched in their extraordinary level of service.
When I talk to my colleagues at conferences and TCLEOSE committee meetings there is one thing consistent among all of them that don't have JS—personal service and the willingness to go the extra mile.
Justice Solutions will listen to our needs, develop a plan, communicate that plan to us, execute that plan, and will literally not leave our office until the job is done—and we've been clients for over 20 years and they continue to provide us with that type of service.

 | I would like to commend Jason Earp for his dedication to customer satisfaction for the major part he played in migrating files from a dysfunctional file server to a new location. Due to mechanical difficulties it was necessary to "baby sit" the system for the 35 hours necessary to complete the task.
Jason displayed technical excellence not only in his knowledge of Justice Solutions software, he also employed his overall knowledge of IT systems to work around a very difficult network to make the migration possible.
His unflagging optimism and dedication to seeing the project to completion gave me the confidence that the end results of the effort would be successful.

Being a newly elected Sheriff that inherited the software from the previous administration, you could imagine my reservations; but, after the election, they came to me, presented the software to me, and assured me that their software would operate according to the way I would run my office.
